You choose what you share with ClassAven. Our school careers application is hosted by Jotform and embedded on the application page.
Information you submit
The application asks for your name, email, school role or specialty, preferred city and state(s), résumé and acknowledgment. Phone number, availability, experience notes and placement preferences are optional. Please share professional information only, and leave out Social Security numbers, banking details, government ID and student records.
How the application is used
ClassAven uses the information you submit to review your experience and preferences and contact you about your application and relevant school staffing opportunities. A general application does not guarantee placement or a specific response time. The form does not ask you to create a ClassAven account.
Questions about your application
Keep your application receipt for reference when contacting ClassAven about the information you submitted. In any direct follow-up, share only the information needed to identify your application. We do not publish applicant information on this website.
The rest of this website
The company pages introduce ClassAven’s staffing focus and approach. School enquiry forms and live vacancy listings are not yet available. ClassAven has not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics to those pages. Our hosting provider processes technical requests to deliver and protect the website; any hosting sign-in is separate from the application.
